Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 3 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso iRhythm Technologies (Dallas, TX) nel mese di set 2021
Colloquio
There were two rounds, first was a HR round followed by a round with the Project Manager. HR round was around the position, location, work nature and such. PM round was more on both behavioral and technical aspects.

It was hard to gauge what the interviewer had in mind in the PM round. I was informed it was to be a virtual face to face, and it was surprising why the interviewer never turned on his/their camera.
Coming to questions, seems like he did not have anything set on his mind and was randomly asking questions. He mentioned he too was recruited only a few weeks ago and was now looking for someone to work under him in the team. And I am not sure what he was expecting cos of his confused nature on the process and what was to be expected out of me.
