I thought this was going to be a great match but the sorority girl recruiter had such an attitude that I didn't even finish the screening call. She seemed annoyed at me while she asked me about my prior jobs and it didn't feel like she interested in my answers. Then she asked technical questions that the hiring manager probably gave to her even though she obviously does not understand the technology that she was asking about. I didn't ask any questions because it felt like she did not want to talk to me anymore. They ghosted me after that call. Disappointing that people like this are the gatekeepers to what otherwise looks like a great company.
