Recruiter reached out a month after I applied. Took another week for an on phone interview and then a video interview with the department manager. Both interview seems to go well, The manager said that they would be moving forward with all candidates for the next steps in the interview process, Since then I have been ghosted with no feedback, they don't seems to respect your time.
