Got called for the Junior Java Dev position. I first was scheduled a phone interview primarily discussing my background, which then lead to a on-site interview. The on-site interview was fully technical with a written exam. It was conducted by a senior engineer who lied to the recruiter that there should be nothing the candidate should prepare for . When i got to the site, he jumped straight to technical questions and gave me a paper exam mostly of Data Structures and Algorithms. I ffelt like i was lied to on this part. Overall a very poor experience
