I was asked to complete one project with all details provided by them. I completed it and submitted them. Later I was interview via Skype as HR and telephone for technical interview and then F2F interview with company's director. I was asked to join within same week. It was easy process for me to go with and I loved the way they took whole process along with the project thing.
