Applied and received a call within a couple days. I met with a girl who I believe was the manager . She asked very basic questions such as my strengths, weaknesses, and asked me to tell her about myself , it was a fairly simple interview . She called me back the next day to schedule an interview with the district manager. I had to drive all the way to Del Mar (mind you, I applied for a Carlsbad or Vista position). So i drove all the way there and back for a 10 minute interview (if that) . She asked me how long i saw myself working there. And that was basically it. Said she’d call within 48 hours.
