I received a phone call (with masked number) asking me if a were interested in this position (I was) so they propose me an interview, then they sent me a confirmation email.
The interview was quite quick, the girl in front of me was more interested in selling me a course for obtaining a Microsoft certification. From what she told me passing the exam was essential in order to get the job.
The cost of the course (with Learning for you, the company that owns iTeamSupport) was discounted, and googling looks like the discount was different from time to time, and to be payed upfront (she was ready for my card).

Good prospects, quick process - have to pay for a qualification before you get employed. Will not hire you unless you carry out the required qualification. This requires a certain amount of guided training that is provided online

Fully scam interview process. No technical question. Was forced to pay 395 GBP for an exam before been taken on board. They do not pay for the exam fees for you. Why do not they train you and pay you if the job requires specific skills? Why do they force you to pay for the exam and pass the exam before offering you the job?

Just to clarify the interview process, iTeamSupport require all engineers to be certified on technologies we support. As you did not have the required certification to validate your skills and knowledge you were referred to get certified, also we do have strict validation process.
