I opted for the pre-recorded demo which entailed a mock scenario. You can practice a few times before submitting your video/answer. I got a reply the following day having passed the interview.
The process itself was fairly smooth. That said, I had expressed interest exclusively in teaching adults, and the interview was conducted as though I were teaching a child. They also have you apparently do only ONE of the slides in the preparatory material, which they didn't exactly explain beforehand. I wasn't prepared for either, and I think that didn't help my failed interview.
Basically, I'd recommend getting in touch and asking questions beforehand, if you find a way to.

Asked to act out classroom scenarios, asked about my personality, background what I'm like etc. Was asked to read out prescribed text. Was then given a brief timed literacy test that was somewhat ambiguous and confusing the way it was phrased.
