Very simple automated online interview. Never had to speak to a real human. Essentially they just guage your level of English and then if you can speak well or are a native speaker you get a job.

They asked me if I preferred the music of the Beatles or Rolling Stones
Easy, wasn’t too hard. Had to demonstrate how to teach a lesson, using TPR. Interviewer asked questions about teaching young children and how I would teach a class one to one and groups.
Automated interview. Was very simple. You have 30 seconds to answer the question. If you do not like the answer you gave , you can simply just record yourself again.

Schedule an interview and get sent mock materials to look over. Log in 10 minutes prior to interview. Very short interview, only asked 1 question and then told to pretend to teach from 2 slides. Told you will be contacted within 48hours.
