My interview was scheduled for 11.00 and I got there around 10.45. so they made me wait for a few minutes which was absolutely fine. But this guy who make to interview me was really messy and unorganised and he told me I'm too early. And got me confused for another candidate. The interview lasted 15 minutes and all he spoke about was my salary. And went on and on about it for 10 mins. He broke it down into my hourly rate and said they won't pay me as much because they provide lunch. Which was a really stupid reason. He went on about how I didn't have the required experience. Like I sent you a CV so instead of wasting my time you have to review it and call me for an interview. Such money minded people, so unorganised, highly unprofessional. Too concerned about the salary.
