Quick to interview due to having some Workers Comp experience although from the start it felt as though the interviewers were going through the motions and had decided who they wanted to offer before I opened Teams. Nice enough people and understand their position.

2 subject matter experts from the program led the interviewing process, they asked a variety of questions, and seemed to be more focussed on icare cultural fit and then skills/experience. was a great atmosphere, and they were both incredibly friendly
