While the interview itself was positive and the recruiters came across as friendly and professional, my overall experience was disappointing due to a complete lack of communication afterward. Despite following up multiple times to request feedback, I received no response — essentially being ghosted after what seemed like a strong interview for a role where I met (and exceeded) the listed qualifications. This lack of transparency and respect for candidates’ time and effort reflects poorly on the company’s culture. Clear communication, even in rejection, is the minimum a candidate deserves. Unfortunately, this experience left me with concerns about how people are treated internally as well.
