It all started when the recruiter himself found me and offered to continue communication. Immediately after the call with HR, I sent my free slots for a technical interview. After a week, I wrote to HR to clarify about these slots. They promised to return to me, but a week later, without waiting for an answer, I wrote again. The day before the interview, HR asked to reschedule it because the interviewer was on vacation (did you really not know in advance that your interviewer was on vacation?).
The interview itself did not seem difficult, since I had real experience in solving the proposed cases.
I was refused without explanation. When I asked her to give more details, HR promised to return. And guess if she came back...
The interview process was very clear and comfortable.

3 steps interview, with HR, with the manager, with the team, salary discussion with HR. The questions about the experience, no tech assignment. At the interview with the team participated HoE and tech leaders from different teams.
