- Initial conversation with the talent partner, who did a screening of role expectations, salary and interest in the role.
- First interview on teams with line manager of the department to discuss experience and get to know each other questions.
- Second interview was to complete a challenge, which is ultimately a case study piece but this may vary depending on the role. I had to present back my findings and receive questions on it with 2 seniors. I then had to answer scenario questions in relation to innocent and how I would handle situations given to me. Normally this is done as a third stage interview but due to timings over the holiday period, as an exception they merged this into the second interview.

The interview process consisted of an unscheduled and quick phone screen; an initial, virtual interview; a challenge interview, with a prompt and pre-prepared presentation; and a final, in-person interview focused on the company values.
