Very clear and straightforward, the process is well structured. Staff are very motivated and seem to enjoy working there. You get to pick any product from the fridge to try out before the interview.

3 step process consisting of:
1.Hiring manager interview - online
2.Challenge + interview - online
3.HR/Peoples culture interview - not sure as I haven’t progressed to the final stage
I applied online, directly on their site and was contacted in about a week. The recruitment process moved fast and I had two interviews in 3 days. While they give you some information about the stages, I found them extremely unhelpful regarding the 2nd one. I thought it would consist of a technical challenge, presentation and the q&a related to it. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case, once I finished presenting my solutions, they went ahead and basically reinterviewed me as in the 1st stage. One of the managers asked me a question that just showed me that she didn’t even read my CV, which was extremely disappointing, especially as they decided to end the interview with that.
Both interviews were behavioural based and I was exclusively asked to give examples of situations for about an hour and a half (1&2), no other questions or a two way conversation. For a company that prides itself in being different, natural and generous, their recruitment process is very old fashioned, tedious and cold. I did appreciate the fact that I received feedback on why I failed, but overall a disappointing experience where in a highly technical role they ignored those technical skills and eliminated a candidate due to soft skills that you are “forced” to use on a daily basis anyway as a professional.

Challenge - task pertaining to your area to be completed in a fixed time and presented back
People Interview - questions on values, behaviours etc
