I normally do not write reviews but I was in shock the way how unprofessional these people are. My interview was never conducted and here is the timeline: 1. I sat during the scheduled interview time for 1st round, and no one came. I dropped an email after minutes, and by mistake, an internal email of the recruiting team was routed to me, stating,'Here's another one. After 15 minutes, I received an email stating that the recruiter had left the job, and they added a new recruiter, who will reschdule it. 2. I replied, asked the recruiter, and gave my time for the upcoming week no response. 3. Followed up again and got a reply after that was ghotsed. I want the Decision Makers of this firm to look into what chaos is being done. I am a very deserving candidate who you lost an opportunity to work for. If your culture is not right, you would not be able to hire great resources for your company. As a Series A firm, a strong emphasis should be placed on culture building. Now, even if you pay me 10x, I would strongly reject working for your company. You have no sense of professionalism, value of time, or value of being civil.
