The interview process initially felt professional and promising. During the second interview, held two weeks ago on Tuesday, I was informed that I would receive feedback within a maximum of 14 days, likely sooner. However, I never received a call or email regarding the outcome. Instead, I had to approach the company myself at the V2 Security conference in Copenhagen, where I was casually informed in person that they had decided to move forward with another candidate. I fully respect their decision to choose another candidate, but I found the handling of the communication disappointing and unprofessional. After investing significant time in meetings, interviews, and assessments, I believe candidates deserve a proper follow-up, even if it is just a brief email or phone call. The people I met during the process were friendly, but the final communication left a poor impression.
