The interview process was very smooth, with a clear structure and was professional throughout. Although there were multiple stages, this helped to test different areas of my competency, experience and cultural fit. By the time the offer was made I was very clear on knowing this was the place I wanted to work. The interviews reflected the role very well, giving you real hands-on examples of the type of work you will encounter during the day-to-day of the job.
