It was a zoom interview. In general it was a nice conversation about the brand and my expectations. The hiring manager was friendly and spent more than 30 mins talking to me, answering a ton of questions I had.

Process was fairly simple. Interview was atrocious, the head boss undermined my experience of over 5 years in the industry. I even mentioned another popular skin care/makeup brand as an example and he had no idea what I was talking about. The front desk people were so rude, I literally had to say hello 3 times before anyone looked at me, the clients looked at me like they've never seen a black person before. Overall the experience was uncomfortable and I would never recommend anyone to visit/interview there unless you want to get belittled.
