I was requested to analyse it and write down improvements, implement them if possible or otherwise add comments in the code. 3. Code interview: I had a 2 hour video call with a tech lead. The interview was focused on the Java Spring project I mentioned before. In the first 15 min I stated the improvements I had in mind and improvements I did. Then most of the interview was about adding more features to the project during the interview. For live coding I recommend having your IDE set up before the call, and trying to speak out before coding. If the solution you have in mind is very long, add comments explaining what you'll do, and then implement code below such comments. This way the recruiter can let you know if you're on track with the solution. Adding comments is also useful if you're running out of time. 4. Cultural fit interview with the hiring manager: I was asked about projects I worked on, biggest challenges, and similar questions.

He asked several detailed questions about the data structures, particularly focusing on various aspects and intricacies, and additionally, he inquired about the solutions and strategies for several challenging LeetCode problems.
