I first applied online and was later contacted by a recruiter. I had a phone interview that went over my qualifications/experience and I was asked some questions. The recruiter was very nice and informative and after the initial phone interview I was scheduled for a face to face interview with a sales manager. Second interview was standard, went over my qualifications/experience in greater detail and was asked some questions. Also, the sales manager went into detail about job specifications and expectations if hired. The Sales manager was very polite and was looking for highly motivated individuals. I was called later that day after the second interview and set up a third interview a few days later with the Vice President. The third interview went well the Vice President asked a number of question as to why I wanted to work for loanDepot, what I can offer compared to other candidates, etc... The Vice President was passionate about the company and explained the training process very well which I appreciated.

Interview process was pretty straight forward. I interviewed with my Manager and then had a 2nd interview with the VP. Everything went very smooth through the interview process. The recruiters were very good and made me feel very welcome, from the minute I walked in the door!
