Very disorganized, there were approximately 20 people interviewing for the position. There were 4 people from the store interviewing, they had us take out yoga mats then decided to have us put them away. We then had a "dance party", if you wanted to stand out you had to dance in to middle of the circle. Then we sat in a circle and talked about how we like to sweat, talk to the person beside you and sell them to the interviewers for the job and talk about an item from the store as if we were selling it.

Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
