The online system was experiencing issues so I called head office who said to apply in person. Management said to attend a group interview but neglected to mention there would be a class first. (Luckily I went prepared.) They guaranteed they would get back to me but never did. In a nutshell: disorganized, disrespectful & dishonest. Typical corporate run around disguised as a community-minded organization.
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
Amazing it was easy not hard and conducted through online platforms easy to access and have good conversation with, need to practice and search up their fabrics beforehand. Must be knowledgable about your own hobbies sports
