The overall process was an extremely lengthy one. Full day of in person interviews. Very friendly people. Shuffled around to a number of locations within the facility. Great communication from the internal recruiter. I always knew where I stood in the process and the individuals I met with were very forthcoming about opportunities and challenges within the company. There wasn't a clear cut structure to the job I was interviewing which cause some confusion when meeting with individuals. Meaning, I did a lot of explaining to them what I thought the job was, which felt a little backwards.
