After applying online I received an email that they were interested in meeting me for a group interview. We were told to answer questions that they asked as we felt comfortable and we all just kind of took turns until everyone had gone. Some of the questions seemed silly, like we were more being tested on how comfortable we were talking to people and not so much on our answers. Most people seemed very comfortable with the process, and it was very quick.

They asked everyone what their favorite fitness activity was.
Group interview then solo interview. They wanted to see what you’re like in a group. The group interview was with a key leader. The solo interview was with the store manager.

Recruiter phase then a manager interview. Fairly generic process. It was implied I’d get a third interview but then I didn’t hear back until I followed up and heard they went a different way.

Easy and quick. I only interviewed with two people in one round. The interview was held in the store. Offer was sent after first interview. I declined due to hours needed over holidays.
