Applied online 2 Aug and did not receive an email back until 22 Sept for a group interview.
The group interview was between me, three other girls, the ASM and SM. We spoke about who were were as an applicant.
I received an email for a second interview and was with me, the ASM and SM. We met at a coffee shop outside and spoke about me as a person. They mentioned it was a part-time permanent and wanted to hire me on as that instead of seasonal (they mentioned at the group interview that it was part-time, but then said otherwise, I was confused because the online position stated "part-time" and not "seasonal part-time").

Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Tell us about a time that you made someone feel included.
Amazing it was easy not hard and conducted through online platforms easy to access and have good conversation with, need to practice and search up their fabrics beforehand. Must be knowledgable about your own hobbies sports
