It was different to any other interview I have done before. The interview started with 15minutes fast walk continued by stretching and the real deal began. The way Lulu Lemon staffs conducted the interview make me very calm and relax so i could minimize my nervousness. We were sitting on the yoga mat, chatting as if we been known each other for so long. Question after question were being asked without me feeling like i am being interrogated (as any other interview process). Overall it was very pleasant interview although i did not get the job.

Super crazy interview with 8 people on a Zoom call. I was expecting a more professional interview, but it was like a hot potato round of interviews. Honestly, what kind of process is that?
