The process is two interviews. One group Interview followed by a more personal individual sweat date. Both were very laid back and unintimidating. The group interview was with a handful of other applicants. A week later I got asked to attend a sweat date where we took a fitness class and then sat for a short interview. Both were very pleasant experiences!
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Tell us about a time that you made someone feel included.
Amazing it was easy not hard and conducted through online platforms easy to access and have good conversation with, need to practice and search up their fabrics beforehand. Must be knowledgable about your own hobbies sports

Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
