I read the craigslist ad, was directed to their website where I answered fun questions about myself. I was feeling very cheerful that day and I think it helped with my answers. I was invited to a group interview the following week. It was me and 5 other people. I was worried about the questions I thought they were going to ask me to show them a yoga pose or ask when I acted without integrity... but they were easy. They WILL ask you about your goals. If you want a job here talk about your goals within yoga or working for a company like theirs. Try not to say I want a job that pays $1000 a week, or I want to be the boss here, or I want to move to NY to pursue acting. None of those says I want to work in fitness retail and become a part of the lululemon family. I liked the people in the group interview and we all had a laugh. I was nervous tho don't get me wrong! I got an email asking for a 1x1 interview I didn't hear back on the time so I just showed up at the store one day and the manager did an informal interview outside. We just talked like girlfriends but we talked about lulu and yoga fitness and wellbeing and I let her lead the conversation I also tried to ask her questions about herself. I received a call the next day from the manager asking what days i am available and then she welcomed me to the team and I got a offer letter via email.
