Filled out the online application and received an email a week later inviting me to a group interview. The interview was really laid back and the interviewers and other interviewees were friendly and energetic. Everyone seemed to be in their 20s. I'm only 19, so I was the youngest person there. The questions were more about exercising, goals, and describing ourselves. It was a fun, relaxed interview. I received an email the following day saying they chose to go with another candidate. I already have a job, so I wasn't too disappointed with their decision. Overall, it was a nice experience!

Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
