First there was a group interview which we were presented a question then go around and each answer individually, then after that there was a one on one interview with the manager, then they call you to let you know either way

I was hired during COVID so we did one group interview over zoom after submitting an application. It was like 30 minutes maximum and straightforward. The store manager was the host and a key leader was there as well.

Casual interview, wearing athletic wear. It was me alone, but I have also heard of people being in group interviews also. There was not a lot of pressure, the interviewer was super friendly and supportive.
