I filled out the long online application and after not hearing anything, I went into the store and mentioned I applied online. They took my name and phone number and I immediately received an email inviting me to a group interview for 2 days later. The group interview was myself and another gal, we were taken to a nearby coffee shop to chat with 2 employees. It did not feel awkward nor did I feel a lot of pressure. The questions were very similar and easy to the online app questions. I would recommend dressing in lulu and researching the company. Overall, it was positive and enjoyable and I hope to be offered a position.

Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Tell us about a time that you made someone feel included.
Amazing it was easy not hard and conducted through online platforms easy to access and have good conversation with, need to practice and search up their fabrics beforehand. Must be knowledgable about your own hobbies sports
