The interview process unfortunately left a bad taste in my mouth.
I applied for the product manager role in Vancouver, after a few weeks I was scheduled in for an initial HR interview. Unfortunately this is where it goes downhill.
At our scheduled interview time, HR failed to show.
10 minutes into the 30 minute interview, I sent her a reminder email, suggesting we could reschedule if she was busy. 5 minutes later, I received a phone call, after apologies and small talk, we began the interview with less than 15 minutes left. At this point, it felt like she was powering through her list of questions without listening to my responses. In essence, she continually cut me off to ask another question, and there was zero rambling due to time.
To no surprise, I didn't get a call back. This experience was honestly quite shocking as LLL is supposed to be a great company to work at with a great brand. It really makes you wonder if the culture is so great.

Four interviews stretched out over multiple months. First a preliminary call, then a solo interview, followed by a panel interview and final call with head of department. Long pause in hiring process.

three rounds of interviews, first round with recruiter, second round with hiring manager, and final round with a panel of peers and future stakeholders. The whole process was done over about a 2 week period, and the interviews themselves accumulated to about 2.5 hours of time commitment outside of any preparation.
