iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

I only got through the first interview. As soon as I got there I immediately started second guessing myself. DO NOT apply to this place unless you are a die hard fitness junkie. As someone that just does yoga, I was expecting to be fine since that is what the company is based around. They asked "how do you sweat? What is a goal that you would want to accomplish? Why lululemon? What is your creative outlet?

Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
Amazing it was easy not hard and conducted through online platforms easy to access and have good conversation with, need to practice and search up their fabrics beforehand. Must be knowledgable about your own hobbies sports
