it was pretty easy. We meet on zoom in a group setting. we only met for 30-45 minutes. don't forget to ask questions. Also wear lululemon to the interview. Just be yourself and show personality
All virtual interviews. One group interview with two other candidates. One panel style interview with two or three people that are in varying leadership positions at the store you are interviewing.
Group interview with five other candidates, the interviewer, and one employee who took notes on our responses. They were both kind and welcoming, and put the questions in the chat so we were able to read them ourselves and properly answer.

Interview process consist of a group interview where they ask you a few easy scenario based questions. Please emphasize how important community is to you. Try to answer first so all answers don’t sound repetitive.
