Apply as you would with any regular position (via the internet), received an email response for an interview 3 days later, interview was day after I got an email response. Altogether very pleasurable experience, manager and assistant manager were incredibly nice...and yes we did sit on yoga mats. My advice would be don't dress up in any business attire for this interview. I came in in slacks and a button down while the other 2 were wearing yoga attire (which seemed much more appropriate than what I was wearing). Expected behavioral interview questions, and try to be the first to answer, they seemed to like that. Good luck.

iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
Amazing it was easy not hard and conducted through online platforms easy to access and have good conversation with, need to practice and search up their fabrics beforehand. Must be knowledgable about your own hobbies sports
