Group Zoom meeting. It was a good experience. The facilitators were lovely. The overall experience was great. Definitely one of the best experiences interviewing. Did not feel forced to do anything.

They ask if you were dealing with a difficult customer how would you handle it and tell me about a past experience when you suggested something to a company to make it better

I believe there was a phone interview. There was also a group interview involved that you came in person for and they asked questions to the group and you could jump in to answer at any point. Then got request for availability shortly after the interview
