I was first called in for a group interview where they asked a series of questions with seeing your ability to bounce off other people's ideas. It was very laid back and felt natural. They also look for your nonverbals such as if you are paying attention when others are speaking.

Group meeting was first, and just classic interview questions like "what would you do in this situation." You had time to answer and think about your answer. After you get passed that it is a phone interview which is mostly just chatting about the job and if you have all the qualifications they need. Hardest part is just getting interview

There were two rounds. First one was a group interview where we sat around tables and took turns answering questions. Very laid back style and friendly interviewers. Shortly after I was called in for a 1 on 1 interview with a manager.
