So I applied online and received an email back about a week later inviting me to a group interview. I had to reschedule and they were very accommodating. I went to the interview in the back stock area and it was an overall positive experience. I spoke to a lot of the staff and had some really great "life" talks with them and received some great advice. Though I wasn't hired I would still shop there.
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
Amazing it was easy not hard and conducted through online platforms easy to access and have good conversation with, need to practice and search up their fabrics beforehand. Must be knowledgable about your own hobbies sports
