I first applied on their company website and heard back within a few days asking me to come in for a group interview. The group interview ended up being only me and another person (fairly easy). We were interviewed by the assistant manager. A few days later I got an email asking me to come meet with the store manager. The interview with the manager went extremely well. So well in fact that I was offered a position on the spot. She explained the protocols of the company and such.
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
Amazing it was easy not hard and conducted through online platforms easy to access and have good conversation with, need to practice and search up their fabrics beforehand. Must be knowledgable about your own hobbies sports
