My interview process at lululemon was great. I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter about a week later. I first hopped on a phone call with the recruiter who said he'd pass me along to the store manager of the store I was applying to. I didn't hear back from him in the timeframe he gave me so I followed up. Later that day, I was contacted by a regional manager and set up a second interview over Zoom. After my second interview, they emailed me to set up a third with the store manager, regional manager, and myself on Zoom again. It went well and they called to offer me the position the next week! Currently working on onboarding. The interview questions were somewhat challenging, but I think that mostly had to do with the fact that I was interviewing for a management position rather than an educator or a lower-tier position. I was asked to describe scenarios from my previous work experience where I had managed people and teams before. Other than that, it was just a lot of "getting to know you" questions, and of course "Why do you want to work for lululemon?"

Fue un proceso bastante rápido, la comunicación fue contínua, pero si fueron varias entrevistas de seguimiento. Las entrevistas fueron super interesantes, el perfil que buscaban era algo muy amigable y responsable y me logre identificar con el puesto.
