It was a zoom interview, no camera on as requested by interviewer. There were 2 assistant managers, one from the store I applied and the other from a store in the region. They both told me about themself and their lululemon journey and jumped right into 4 behavior-based questions. The questions weren't hard but they want you to explain a specific situation so you sit there thinking for a few in between questions. They never asked anything about me, or wanted to know more so I had to offer to tell them about myself and why I would be good for the job. I got an email the next day that they have decided to move forward with another candidate.

The process is very direct and open. They want to know about your goals and look for people who will take initiative and are people driven. Overall a great experience.
