Very unprofessional, the woman interviewing me was late to call me. She then complained about a delivery being late and her dogs were barking in the back. She clearly did not prepare for this interview.

Phone interview, HR informed me about the meeting about the same day before calling me, so was a bit sudden and need to leave my current work place to find a place that able to talk privately with the phone call. Talked about the job expectations and I asked about the job roles.
