Easy, online and in person. Group interview on yoga mats. The managers were super nice, but unfortunately, some of the other people in the group interview had more experience working retail than I did. Also Lulu tends to like hiring men over women since they have a scarcity of them.

The interview was held in a group interview style (about 12 individuals in total) we went one by one answering questions posed by the interviewer. I found it to be be intimidating because it leads to you actively comparing your answers to the other people also interviewing

I applied online and they will contact you for a group interview. You will be asked for a second interview with the store manager if they like your answers. Overall, the interviews are pretty relaxed and they asks standard questions.
