I applied online and was contacted one to 2 weeks later. Girls dressed in all styles: full out lulu gear to dresses and backpacks to casual to semi formal. I felt I was overdressed in formal. They ask you two ice breaker questions and then get into 3 or 4 questions to find out about you. There were 13 other girls, the main interviewer asking the questions (also the one who contacted us for the interview) and 3 other people who took notes and barely spoke. The second part was an activity where you pick out clothes for a scenario given to you. The scenario is given to you on a paper and it outlines the main features that the clothes you choose need to have. For example, a runner wants something light, soft and cottony, layers, etc. The tags on the clothes say exactly what the scenario says. Just pick the right ones and explain why you chose that item. Don't point out why you didn't choose a different item, why you couldn't, or what you weren't able to choose because there weren't any pieces left etc. Third part is filling out some forms for later use, and a typing test. The test was explained to just be a way to see if you can type at all. Your score doesn't matter too much. At the end the interviewer asks if anyone has any questions. There is another interview for a 1 on 1.
