I was sought out by store management as a member of the local yoga community. I was asked if I would like to work at the store to join them as an educator and help spread the good word of lululemon. I did not have any formal interview. I was brought in and had a welcoming discussion with other store management but it was more of a conversation than an interview

Colloquio
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Tell us about a time that you made someone feel included.
Amazing it was easy not hard and conducted through online platforms easy to access and have good conversation with, need to practice and search up their fabrics beforehand. Must be knowledgable about your own hobbies sports
