Group interview involved 13 other applicants and 3 assistant managers. You had to be a bit assertive to make sure you could answer a question. One person was called out for not having a specific example in his answer, so answering vaguely is not a good idea. Casual environment, most people wore lululemon clothing. The luxury of a group interview is you don't have to answer questions you don't have a strong response for.

Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
