Super relaxed, group interview. They ask about your hobbies- they are really looking for active, upbeat people and how you interact and listen to the other people in your group. You must be engaged and personable since you are going out for a sales role. They also like to hear about your personal goals outside of lululemon, i.e. complete a marathon, career goals like becoming a musician or photographer, etc.

Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
