I had a total of 4 interviews with the company, all good experiences but it really comes down to..Do you get along with the ones hiring you? I was choosen to move on with one of the stores and just completed the 2nd interview with the assistant manager in Toronto. I'm currently waiting for the 3rd step.
The initial interview lasts approximately an hour. I applied online for all my interviews, some replied in days some replied in weeks. It was nice applying to multiple positions through there job processor.
Prepare yourself being telling other people what your goals are and what you accomplished to date. t Make sure you know why your applying because that question will definitely surface.

Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
