La procedura ha richiesto 5 giorni. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso lululemon (Orlando, FL) nel mese di mar 2011
Colloquio
It was a group interview where they asked personal questions about your hopes and dreams and what inspired you. The whole time they acted as though they had this inner ability to truly know how to live life to the fullest and said to visit their website to set your goals and live your life better, as though we weren't doing enough already. It was very unrealistic the ideals they tried spread and cult-like. At the very end (after you have wasted an hour of your time) you are told that currently they are not hiring, they are simply "recruiting" for when positions open up in the company and that they hope to keep in touch with all of us. After reading the reviews of working at the store, I guess I can say thank god that they weren't hiring at that time, or else I might be stuck. How about not hold interviews or at least be open with potential applicants that there are no open positions, but always accepting applications and recruiting.

The first interview is a group interview. They asked chill questions to get to know everyone. Each person took turns. Sometimes the answers overlap depending how many people were in the group. The second interview was with the store manager, and asked more behavioral questions.
1st one: Group Interview with at least 10 other people (via zoom) 2nd: interview with store manager, etc. (also via zoom) Process took about 2 weeks. The managers were very communicative of what the process would entail.
